Automatic Induction Sealing Machine (INS-IF2.25-U)
Designed with modularity in mind, the iFoiler Automatic Induction Sealer INS features a highly functional touch screen interface, unsurpassed sealing efficiency, multiple language accessibility, and an optional, and highly-unique, seal calibration system which ensures seal integrity. There are more functions integrated into the microprocessor, such as memory functions for customer applications, which allows this automatic induction sealer to operate independently.
Applications can be saved within the memory of the iFoiler, and can be called up independently with selected parameters. Sealing coils are removable from the generator without tools, which improves productivity. The design of the iFoiler is compact and it is easy to place within a fully automated production line.
This equipment also features additional extras designed to monitor the production line and detects containers that need to be removed.
Optional Extras
Bottle and Cap Detection System
Packserv offers an advanced Bottle and Capping Detection system designed and manufactured by Pillar to help minimise the risk of shipping unsealed products. This system uses leading sensor technology to identify and remove bottles with one of the following three issues:
- Missing Foil: An inductive sensor detects the absence of an inner seal beneath the cap, ensuring every product is securely sealed.
- Loose or Crooked Cap: A laser-sensor measures cap height to ensure proper torque, identifying caps that may compromise the seal.
- Stalled Bottles: A photoelectric sensor, paired with an optical line speed encoder alerts operators to stalled bottles on the conveyor.
Operators can activate all three fault-detection features or customise the system by enabling only the required functionalities. The sensors are controlled via switches located behind the control panel, allowing for simple activation or deactivation.
For stalled bottle detection, an optical encoder is included and can be conveniently mounted onto the conveyor shaft. The encoder monitors conveyor pulses and signals the power board if a delay or stoppage occurs, triggering a power shutoff to prevent further issues.
In-Feed Bottle Stop with Pneumatic Reject Equipment
Packserv’s Pneumatic Reject Device, developed by Pillar, complements the Bottle and Cap Detection System by actively removing faulty bottles from the conveyor. Equipped with two photoelectric sensors, an air-actuator “kicker”, and a reject tray for collecting defective bottles, this system ensures any products with missing foils, croooked caps, or stallled bottle faults are efficiently removed from the production line before they reach the final stages.
The optional extras are designed to deliver peace of mind, streamline operations, and maintain high-quality standards throughout your packaging production process.
